Your Tommy Bahama watch is warranted for lifetime against all defects in material or
workmanship in the USA only. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse and excludes battery, case, crystal, strap, malfunction and deterioration resulting from accident, negligence and tampering. In the event of a defect or malfunction, it will be repaired or replaced at our option. No additional charge will be made unless additional servicing is necessary like replacement of parts not warranted.
You may also request to have non-warranty covered repair work. The Tommy Bahama Service Center also services work that is not covered by the warranty including battery, crystal, case and crown replacement.
To have your watch repaired, please print and enclose the Tommy Bahama Watch Repair Form with your
watch carefully packed and money order or credit card information for desired replacement
parts and US $10.00 for shipping and handling. You are strongly recommended to insure your package.
Tommy Bahama Watch Features
Tommy Bahama watches feature highly accurate Swiss quartz movements, as well as 25-jewel automatic movements on select automatic watch models. The watch cases of Tommy Bahama watches are constructed from fine, durable metals including 316L Swiss-grade stainless steel, 0.925 sterling silver and rose gold. The watch faces of Tommy Bahama watches are protected by ultra-hardened mineral glass.
Tommy Bahama Watches are water resistance tested to 165 - 660 feet, depending on the model. Specific water resistant depth is listed on the back of all Tommy Bahama watches. The water resistance of Tommy Bahama watches are ensured by a set of seals. However, these seals are subject to deterioration due to natural aging and should be changed regularly. Select Tommy Bahama men's watches are also fitted with screw down crowns to enhance water resistance.
Tommy Bahama watch bands include sterling silver, woven and croc-embossed Italian leather, as well as nylon weave. Replacement watch bands for select Tommy Bahama watch models are available from Island Trends. Tommy Bahama leather watch bands are not water resistant, therefore prolonged water contact could cause premature wear and tear.
