In 2003, REACTOR set out on a mission to design a line of sport watches that would exceed the demands of the action sports athlete, while creating a style uniquely different from the norm. In short, REACTOR wanted to push well beyond what the watch industry had to offer and create a product that would truly set a new standard. Bold components, uncompromising quality and unconventional styling have combined to create REACTOR.
REACTOR watches are designed to meet, or exceed, demanding Swiss standards. Cases are forged from solid stainless steel. Multiple O-ring seals and water-tight screw-down crowns are used throughout. To ensure that REACTOR could survive the decidedly non-sedentary lifestyle of their target customer, REACTOR developed new standards. Swiss sapphire crystals gave way to the more impact-resistant hardened mineral glass. The delicate precision of a Swiss movement gave way to the robust accuracy of Japanese quartz. An entirely new case-to-band fastening system was devised, to keep these watches firmly in place during the worst unplanned events. REACTOR truly represents the best of what the world of watches has to offer.
The REACTOR warranty is simple and straight forward: If anything goes wrong with your REACTOR watch in the first two years of ownership, we will either repair it or replace it at our expense.
Here’s the “not so small print”: broken crystals, dead batteries, abuse and normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by our warranty.
If your watch needs service, return it along with a copy of the REACTOR Service Return Form to:

If you have questions about service or if your repair is covered under warranty, please call REACTOR at 800-291-6600. When returning your watch, make sure it is packed securely in a padded envelope or box and insured for the full purchase price. Our service center is committed to returning your watch within 7 days of receiving it.
REACTOR Watch Batteries:
All REACTOR watches using a quartz movement do require a battery to operate. If your watch does need a new battery, we suggest you return the watch to us or have a qualified jeweler replace the battery for you. Because all REACTOR watches are water resistant to at least 100M, it is very important the seals inside the case are put back properly after the battery is replaced.
Our service center offers battery replacement and a thorough check-up of your REACTOR watch for $20; this charge includes battery replacement, inspection of case seals, crown and movement, cleaning and the cost of returning the watch to you by US Priority Mail. Please use the REACTOR Service Return Form when requesting this service.
