Regular price products may be returned for a refund if the return package is postmarked within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Discounted, Sale and Clearance products purchased may be exchanged or returned for store credit if the return package is postmarked within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Returns will only be accepted if merchandise is in its original condition. Shoes, Sunglasses, & Watches must be returned in their original box. Fragrances, Lotions & Candles must be unopened with original plastic wrapping intact. Ladies Swimwear must have tags attached and hygienic liners in place.
Clearance Sale Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Return orders are subject to billing adjustment if you are returning an item that qualified for free shipping, free gift box, free gift with purchase or other such special offer.
Return shipping costs to and from Island Trends are the responsibility of the Customer. We strongly advise to ship your return merchandise via a traceable, insured courier such as FedEx or FedEx.
Returns will take 5 business days to process from the date they are received into the warehouse. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

Billing Policy
Island Trends charges you for items only as they are shipped to you.
Please Note: When you place an order with Island Trends, your credit card is "authorized" for the amount of your order. Often times, the "authorization" will show up as "pending" on your credit card statement. The same policy applies to debit cards - however - some customers have reported that their online statements do not show the "authorization" as pending but it appears as a charge. We do not actually charge your credit card until your item ships.
Keeping You Informed About Your Package
When your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipment confirmation by email, which will contain your package tracking information.
To track your order status on our website, you must sign onto your account.
Please Note: Some special order items may be shipped directly from our vendor. These items include some Tommy Bahama watches, sunglasses, shoes and belts. Special order items will be shipped according to the vendor's preferences (FedEx, FedEx, USPS). Automated tracking is not available for special order items at this time.
Return Shipping
Shipping cost and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Island Trends will pay for return shipping in the event of an Island Trends error in the order by a crediting the customer account with the postage stated on the returned package.
International Orders
All international orders will be shipped via USPS Global Express to ensure package tracking. Shipping costs will be calculated and emailed to the customer email address AFTER the order is placed. Shipping cost are based on USPS Global Express rates for weight and shipping destination.
We ship orders to the United States Territories (including Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses) and Canada, and we hope to expand our delivery range to other countries in the near future. Island Trends will consider orders from other countries on an individual basis.
Note On International Order Payment: Please select money order as the payment method when checking out. Due to difficulties confirming the authenticity of international credit card details, Island Trends requires payment via Western Union. Western Union payments can be made at their website: www.westernunion.com Please make payable to Island Trends, Marco Island, Florida, USA. All payments must be received in US Dollars. Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

Island Trends understands the importance of receiving your package on time. We ship in stock items the same day on orders received by 4 pm EST. Orders requiring more than 3 business days to process will be notified by email.

Your Shipping Options
Island Trends primarily uses FedEx to ship our packages within the contiguous 48 States, however FedEx and the United States Postal Service may also be used for special order products, free shipping orders, as well as some shipping locations outside of the contiguous 48 States.
Saturday Delivery is available with FedEx Next Day delivery only for an additional $12.50.
Shipping Products with Different Availabilities
The product availability is noted on each product detail page. For example, In Stock products are noted as having an availabilty of "Usually ships within 1 business day." If you place an order with products having different availabilities, then your shipping preferences can be choosen during checkout. Sometimes you need to receive certain items in your order sooner than others. That's why, every time you place an order with Island Trends, you can choose from one of these shipping preferences:
Ship Complete.
Trying to keep shipping costs down? Choose this option. We will consolidate your items into the fewest shipments possible. Orders with in-stock items will usually ship within 24 business hours. If you have backordered items, your order will be shipped when all items are available.
Partial Shipment.
Want your items as soon as possible and have some with different availabilities? Backorder, special order and pre-order items may slow up the rest of your order. Choose this option to have your items ship as they become available, beginning with those already in stock.
Partial Ship Policy: Free Shipping Offers will only be applied to one shipment per qualifying order, unless otherwise specified. If you choose 3-day, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air, only the 1st shipment will be shipped via the selected shipping method. Additional shipments will be charged a fee of $10 for each shipment to be shipped via the most efficient method, including FedEx Ground and USPS. Of course, Island Trends will always try and save you money by consolidating items where it makes sense to do so.
P.O. Boxes
You must provide a physical shipping address for all orders.Carriers such as FedEx require a street address.
