At twenty, the young Swiss national Thomas Meyer envisaged a future in which people would dress in clothes designed to arouse positive emotions, clothes affordable to the majority. And this, back in 1984, the Desigual brand first saw light.

And from the outset his project exuded Positivism, Commitment, Tolerance, Constant Improvement, Innovation and Fun. Because, as Desigual’s first slogan proclaimed, Desigual is not the same.
