- Read our Return Policy below.
- Return merchandise in its original condition.
* Shoes/Sunglasses/Watches must be returned in their original box.
* Fragrances/Loations/Candles must be unopened with original plastic wrapping intact.
* Ladies Swimwear must have tags attached and hygienic liners in place.
- Write Order # on the Return Form OR attach Original Invoice/Receipt.
- Complete Return Form on reverse side.
- Ship returned merchandise via traceable, insured method (i.e., UPS , Fedex).

• Returns for refunds must be postmarked within 30 days of the date the item was shipped.
* Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
• Returns for exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the date the item was shipped.
• Clearance/Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit and must be postmarked within 30 days of the date the item was shipped.
• Return/Exchange shipping costs to and from Island Trends are the responsibility of the Customer
• No returns after 30 days.
• Please allow 5 business days to process returns from the date return is received in store.

Island Trends charges you for items only as they are shipped to you.
Please Note: When you place an order with Island Trends, your credit card is "authorized" for the amount of your order. Often times, the "authorization" will show up as "pending" on your credit card statement. The same policy applies to debit cards - however - some customers have reported that their online statements do not show the "authorization" as pending but it appears as a charge. We do not actually charge your credit card until your item ships.
