Tommy Bahama watches are warranted by Tommy Bahama for the lifetime of the original owner against all defects in material or workmanship in the USA only. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse and excludes battery, case, crystal, strap, malfunction and deterioration resulting from accident, negligence and tampering. In the event of a defect or malfunction, it will be repaired or replaced at our option. No additional charge will be made unless additional servicing is necessary like replacement of parts not warranted.
To have your watch repaired, please print the Tommy Bahama Watch Repair Form and enclose it with your watch carefully packed and money order or credit card information for desired replacement parts and US $10.00 for shipping and handling.

Tommy Bahama sunglasses are warranted for one year from original date of purchase against material defects or craftsmanship. Sunwear found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. Defects exclude damage from improper use, care or normal wear including scratched lenses or accidental breakage.
For warranty or repair service please return your (1) sunglasses along with the (2) completed Tommy Bahama Sunglasses Repair form, (3) proof of purchase, and (4) an $8 check or money order made payable to Altair Eyewear, via a traceable shipping method (i.e. UPS or FedEx).
